Senator Chris Dodd Needs to GO

Speaking of voting out incumbents, Senator Chris Dodd needs to be voted out.  He is head of the Senate Banking and Finance committee while this financial crises happened.  To hear him now, he makes it sounds like he is a good guy trying to correct the problem.  Where was he when the banks were going crazy?

I don’t think he is telling the truth about AIG and his amendment for AIG bonuses. Now we learn AIG employees have given Senator Dodd big contributions.  This guy is at the heart of this financial mess and needs to be voted out. There has always been rumors about his reputation.  Remember Mr. Dodd getting preferential treatment on this personal mortgage loans as a friend of Angelo Mozilo, Countrywide’s then-CEO.

Dodd needs to resign from the Senate. Votes should make sure he goes.

An independent may be variously defined as a voter who votes for candidates and issues rather than on the basis of a political ideology or partisanship, a voter who does not have long-standing loyalty to, or identification with, a political party. a voter who does not usually vote for the same political party from election to election; or a voter who self-describes as an independent
